About the room
$750 per month – 1 bedroom/shared bathroom in a 3 story house near DIA and CU Anschutz
-I am currently looking to rent two rooms in my house off of I-70 and Chambers in the Denver/Green Valley Ranch area for a lease starting at the beginning of March. -What is nearby: an elementary school, park, and community center are within walking distance of the house. There is also a walking trail behind the house that goes through the neighborhood. -Location: 10-15 min from the airport & CU Anschutz and about 20-35 min away from downtown. -Both rooms are upstairs and share a full bathroom. Each room has its own closet and their dimensions are approximately 14ft x 12ft. Rent is $750 a month which includes utilities. -There is also access to a family room, living room, kitchen, dining room and turf backyard which has a patio and BBQ grill. -No pets or smoking allowed in the house. -About me: I take care of the house myself when I am not working or traveling. I am currently a production scheduler at a meat company and have worked for them for 3.5 years. I graduated from Regis University with a degree in mathematics. I work from home 3 days a week, so I am around if there is ever something that needs to be fixed or maintained. I do travel quite a bit on the weekends, and will continue to do that through July. In my free time when I am not working or traveling, I like to read, play basketball, and do projects around the house. Overall, the house is very relaxed in a nice neighborhood that is close to DIA and CU Anschutz. -If you are interested or have questions please message me directly and I will respond as quickly as I can. Other Notes: -No Pets -No Smoking in the House -Security Deposit is $500
About the roomies
The roommates are all laid back and respectful. We tend to keep to ourselves and not be too disruptive. There are 4 people currently that will be living here at the beginning of March, but I am looking to fill 2 empty rooms. Two of the roommates live in the basement, the other 4 live on the top floor. Although there are a lot of people, it never gets too noisy or seem crowded here because it’s a large house, we keep to ourselves, and we all have different schedules. There is usually someone here, but there is rarely nobody here.
