Simone's room

This place is super close to UNL downtown campus, it only takes me 3 minutes to drive there. Currently 4 college girls live here and I am looking for someone to take over my lease. It has an in fenced back yard. 4 bedroom 2 bath, with a spacious living room. There’s a washer and dryer in the basement along with lots of storage space. The windows are giant here.

Everyone is cannabis friendly, and friendly in general. They like to go out sometimes but usually I am not kept awake by company. Significant others are often over. 2 of the girls are best friends but everyone gets along pretty well.
