Laundry room, and use of kitchen available as well as private fridge for tenants.

Owner works Mon-Fri 6am-6pm. Possible opportunity for house cleaner unless tenants are ok with shared cleaning responsibility.

Quite hours after 8:30pm TV can be watched with any bluetooth headphones additional TV and lounge space available in canvas tent with fireplace in back yard.
