Room for rent. Currently my wife and I live here with our mini bernedoodle pup(doesnt shed, hypoallergenic).We are highly allergic to cats so we can’t make an exception on that, sorry. The home is over 1,000 Sq ft and has a lot of space compared to many I see online for rent. There is a pool, washer & dryer in unit, dishwasher, a lot of storage in bathroom for yourstuff, full kitchen and shared space privileges. Items in room like bed and TV are optional, we will remove if you’d like. For couples, they can be considered but rent wouldn’t be the same. We’d be splitting it more evenly.
