I recently leased a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment in Nyack and am looking for a compatible roommate to split this amazing space with. About the apartment: It is a recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 2nd floor apartment with an open kitchen/living area. It has hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout. Both bedrooms (apprx 16’ x 13’) have en-suite bathrooms, so you would have your own area. The bedroom available for rent comes furnished with a new queen sized bed and nightstand. The apartment has plenty of closet & storage space, a large laundry area with Peloton, and plenty of off-street parking in the private lot behind the building. Also, there is a half bathroom for guests to use. There is a balcony with seasonal views of the Hudson. It is centrally located on Main St. in Nyack and close to shops, restaurants, parks, public transportation, and all major thoroughfares.

I am a 40 y/o gay male, professional, clean, active, and outgoing. I recently relocated from the Philly area and I work at a firm nearby, so I will be at my office during the day and travel often on the weekends. I enjoy skiing, hiking, cooking, hosting dinners, etc…
