I would like to rent a room to a working person or student responsible of their own bills and is able to clean after themselves. Quiet older Neighbour hood, clean a cozy home. I like to have plants; the house is surrounded by plants I may be adding chickens. I do own a cat so if your allergic this is not the place to be.

I don’t have roommates; this is the first time I put out a room for rent. I am quiet and likes my privacy. I work a lot, so I am hardly home.
