North Carrywood Drive

Hello I have a room for rent in the home that I own. One room is unfurnished currently. The house is 1,150 Sq Ft located off of Swan and Fort Lowell. There is a washer and dryer in the house as well as a dish washer. Each room has its own patio door that gives the rooms access from the outside yard to the rooms. There are 2 garage parking spots and 8 parking spots next to the house 2 homes down. We have a community pool and are less than 0.25 miles away from the Rialto River and the bike path. We have a front and back yard that are fully walled and all doors have security gates on them as well. There is an HOA so this means we will be required to follow the rules they have set forth but I have had zero problems with the HOA sense I purchased the home. The house is located less than a mile away from Plaza Palomino and other shopping centers with great places to eat!

My name is Zach and I am 24 years old. I am out going and friendly person who mainly spends my time at the house in my room working/gaming, in the kitchen as I love to cook (yes I always cook food to share as that what good food is for haha!) or out hiking with my dog phoebe who is a 4 year old Golden Retriever. I am very clean and tidy as I was raised in a military family and this is very important to me to have a clean home and living area. I love to workout and stay in shape physically and mentally!
