Some bills included. The house is older but huge. Full access to everything but the landlords rooms. The bathroom has a full bath upstairs and a half downstairs which are shared with the landlord. The landlord has senior pets and may allow other pets on a case to case basis. Full huge kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. The house sits on an acre of land. The rental agreement will be month to month. Minutes to stores, restaurants, and I-81. For some reason, it lists this as close to DC. That is an hour and a half away one way. Basically it is between Winchester Virginia and Martinsburg West Virginia. If needed, the room can be furnished. You can paint your room or do whatever within reason. I personally do not like the colors. Cannabis friendly is not listed because it is illegal in West virginia. That is the only reason that it is not checked. Friendly to anyone with good hearts. The landlord requires solitude, no drama, and peaceful atmosphere. Have worked in various Human Service fields for decades. Have a big heart but I’m also StreetWise and will not tolerate people playing games. Fair, consistent, and firm. One other besides myself in the home.
