Creekfront Road

Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to sublease my current apartment with in april/may. Rent + utilities +wifi is about $920ish a month. The room is a master with plenty of space, double sink bathroom, glass door shower, walk in closet, and another storage closet. The apartment is located off Southside blvd 10 minutes from town center, 20 minutes from the beach, and super close to many restaurants. Let me know if you’re interested!!

I currently work full-time at a hospital and will be starting school at the end of the year. Super easy to get along with and I live and active lifestyle so I am usually working, at the gym, or hanging out with friends. I do have a cat but she mainly stays in my room and I do have a dog who is super friendly(may or may not have him if my current roommate doesn’t take him when they move out).
