I have one bedroom available in my 3br 2ba house. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the other tenant.

My house is in a nice neighborhood in south Escondido near Felicita park. The house sits on 0.5 acres of land with a nice relaxing garden full of fruit trees.

Only one person per room please.

Military welcome.

Please no pets.

Utilities are split between tenants.

Security deposit and first month due when moving in.

I am currently living with one other roommate in my house. I am a male in my mid thirties, exercise and health are my passion. I teach jiu jitsu for a living. The other tenant is in his mid twenties and also lives a healthy lifestyle. He works full time for a technology company.
