Amenities: Wall-Unit AC in the living room, Central Heat, dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, kitchen, public bathroom with shower, private half bathroom in your room (please let me use it if you happen to be showering though, lol), Amazon Hub Lockers for packages, swimming pool, workout facilities in main building.

Your room: Fits a queen, dresser, and desk comfortably. Will most likely be free of furniture when my current roommate moves out.

You: Kind, communicative, clean, respectful of boundaries, around my age.

Nearby: 24 hour Vons across the street. Starbucks, Panda Express, and other businesses in the plaza across the street. Another plaza is about a 10 minute walk away with Smart & Final, Popeyes, CVS, Jersey Mike’s, and more!

About me: I’m a 24 year old, gay, black man. I use He/Him pronouns. I’m an Ohio State grad, and I work for Nickelodeon as a Writers’ Assistant! I want to write for television one day. I like to watch TV/ movies, read, write, hang out with friends, and run/ hike sometimes.
