Aari's room

The house is on Lincoln road. Close to great fishing and hiking. The house sits on 20.49 acres of trees and rolling hills in the north hills area. Great place to ride your mountain bike or hike on property. or just a short drive to the north hills hiking access.

The house has six bedrooms. Three bedrooms are available. Two bed rooms are upstairs and has a separate living room, and one bedroom is downstairs.

Washer and dryers are included. All utilities as part of the rent. Looking for responsible and outdoorsy individuals.

I live here with my daughter. We don’t have any pets just yet. Chickens are definitely in the future :) I work from home but as soon as it is 4pm. I mostly mostly out fly fishing, chasing elk, cutting firewood or improving bits and pieces of things around the property. In the winter, I snowboard and work in my garage after dark. I have my kiddo 45% of the time.

A buddy of mine has shown interest in renting one of the rooms.
