Patio with table & umbrella for coffee, etc. Also small area by front entrance for sitting, reading, etc. Laundry 2 days per week. Pool and spa access daily. Samlarc beach club access in season. Access to other Samlarc pools/facilities year round. One crosswalk away from RSM Lake, a very popular spot to walk. Has many stores, shops, restaurants. Ralph’s, Starbucks, Taco Bell, KC Donuts and many others.
