Welcome home to your private room in NE Aurora.

About the location: Our house is nestled between downtown Denver, the airport, and the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Though this is the suburbs, you’re really only a short drive or train ride away from the major attractions. This is one of the safest and sleepiest neighborhoods you’ll find in Aurora. Our home is a short 3.7 mile drive to the Peoria RTD Park and Ride, which provides quick access to the east/west A-line (to downtown and the airport) or north/south R-line (to Denver Tech Center).

Room 1 details: This is a ground floor west-facing private bedroom. From your window you have a direct view of the street in front of the home. There is a maximum of one tenant allowed. It can be rented to you furnished or unfurnished. If you opt for furnishings, we will provide a FULL sized bed, closet, and a desk. However, you are welcome to buy your own furniture. You will have access to a shared bathroom that includes a sink, combo shower/bathtub, and toilet. There is a kitchen that is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and electric stove. You will share fridge, freezer, and cabinet space. While there are no dedicated parking spots in our garage or driveway, there is plentiful and free street parking. There is a Ring security system in place to keep everyone safe and secure. Utilities and high-speed internet access is included in your rent.

About us: The homeowners both live on-site. One works in tech as a user experience designer, and the other works in audio engineering. They own and manage multiple rental properties in Colorado and New Mexico. There are also two senior cats that live in the home, and will occasionally roam upstairs during the daytime but stay downstairs at night. Both homeowners are easily accessible via the RentRedi app.

House rules: -No pets permitted -Overnight guests are permitted up to 4 nights a month -Please remove shoes upon entering the home -All housemates equally share the responsibility of cleaning, trash removal, and snow removal -Do not let the cats outside -No smoking, drugs, or illegal activity

From Erik - “Born and raised in Seattle Washington, I’m primarily an audio editor, but I have a long history with the hospitality industry and enjoy hosting and meeting new people. My late mother was a registered nurse, specializing in hospice care.”

From Amara - “Hello! I work in the tech industry as a user experience designer and researcher. I am also a part-time university lecturer. Before switching to tech, I worked as a CNA in a convalescent home. I love that technology brings the world together and enjoy hosting travelers in my home.”

We are big travelers. We love exploring the world and just recently returned from a trip to Portugal. We have travelled for work and pleasure and for long periods before so understand the importance of suitable accommodations. If at any time you need assistance or have a suggestion we are always open to hearing them. Erik has worked in hotels for 10 years as a front desk agent and night auditor as well as other support positions with Microsoft, Verizon, and AT&T. He loves solving problems and making people comfortable in our home.
