Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking for people to take over our lease. I am in the process of purchasing a property so we need to find someone to take over as soon as possible. Our move in date to our new property is March 20th. I’ve attached details below - if you’re interested please contact us!

Details of unit form management:

• Hi Carlee! I have your floorplan and dimensions attached. It is a 2FR Floorplan, 1342sf., corner apartment with a city view. One of our largest 2br floorplans. 
• When you find a prospect they will have to fill out a paper application which I have attached. It is a $100 application fee that we will bill your account and you will need to get the $100 from the prospect if you choose. We will have to qualify them like any other applicant. When you find a prospect let us know and I’ll let you know what else we will need from them. 
• Income requirements: Hi Carlee, what we will need from the possible tenant is both PDF’s I sent you filled out completely and signed/dated by all parties. It is $100/person application fee. We will also need 30 days of paystubs. Their income needs to be 3x the monthly rent, fyi. They can contact us if they want to deal with us directly for the income portion. We do have an income verification/fraud detection link they will need to upload their paystubs in as well. Once you turn in the applications, we will charge your account so you may want to gather all information upfront.There are other income verification possibilities for self employed/retired prospects as well so if they don’t have paystubs, please let us know and we can send them the criteria!

Rent: $2694 base rent.

• $65 additional fee (valet trash, pest control, package service)
• ($32-$42) Water and utility separate bill, however, you pay with rent: Duke energy is the required electric account
• WiFi is separate: spectrum and google fiber is the required WiFi accounts
• You can keep 2 vehicles for $50 a month, however, the 1st vehicle is free (comes with rent)
• Animals are allowed ($350 pet fee, $20 additional per animal, up to two animals): emotional support animal is free

We won’t be there- this is a sublease. We are two girls who both work remote and are purchasing a property! We both have two dogs (non shedding) and are very clean!
