a furnished private bedroom is available in a safe, clean, beautiful home with central air and heat for year-round comfort. covered front porch and large, rear deck round out this home. house conditions: Fully upgraded 4 bedroom house, One bedroom is currently available, Full kitchen access. Bidet in every bathroom. Fireplace and cozy living room. Both rooms have smart TVs.

First and last month’s rent plus a security deposit* are due at signing of lease. lease contracts of 3, 6 or 12 months will be available. All applicants are subject to background and credit check($55 non refundable, however I will count this against 1st months rent). Washer/drier, utilities and internet is included. Plenty of street parking available and if needed one garage space is also available for additional $50 a month.

Must be clean, responsible, friendly, and employed. No smoking, no pets, no parties (occasional friends over is OK, no overnight guests), and no shoes inside. Single occupancy only. Please no applicants with cat allergies as we have a cat. Available Lease option: Month to month : $950 a month 3-12 months: $900 12 months and more: $850 Security deposit is based on lease term and is equal to one month of rent.
