3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house. Updated with a huge middle island in the kitchen, a wood vinyl look, new cabinets, and granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. The house is a brand new construction built last year in July 2022.

The house is currently owned by me and has 1 other roommate, Myself & another young female. We are both online college students and are both in the Army full-time. I am looking for another roommate to contribute to the monthly payment. This house is well-maintained and kept clean, we ask that you clean up after yourself anytime in the common area or after using the kitchen. We are very friendly and easy to get along with, and all kitchenware is available for use as long as you take care of it and clean it afterward. Both the Samsung washer and dryer are new and ready for use. As well as the living room TV with all game systems. We will split all the utility bills and wifi among the 3 of us. The house is located in Bryan TX. It will be a month-to-month contract. -Your room will be next to the second bedroom upstairs & will share the bathroom unless you plan on using the guest restroom downstairs. -You will have a decently sized closet in the room as well as two other hallway closets that can be used by anyone. -The room is unfurnished
