Room for rent in Fallbrook available March 9th Rent is $1,000 all utilities are included. First month will be prorated plus last months rent due at move in. Month to month lease. Shared bathroom with one person you will get your own sink and cabinet. Room is a bit on the smaller side I don’t have measurements but it’s separate from the rest of the rooms and has its own AC/heat. I currently have 4 dogs so you must be comfortable with dogs of all sizes. Street parking. Let me know if you have any questions. Pets will be considered based on if they get along with my dogs. Pet rent will be extra.
