The room is furnished with a bed, and 2 night stands and a closet. This cozy and beautiful home features shared common areas: laundry with washer and dryer, family room, gym, kitchen and sunroom. You will have access to entire house except for the other bedrooms and the basement. The backyard is spacious and inviting with plenty of space to relax. All utilities are included in the rent: water, electric, garbage, oil for heating the home, lawn care, WIFI, central air. ***Must show proof of funds. No drugs, No smoking, No Couples, No pets are allowed. Only responsible mature adults. You must be able to live in a communal environment.
