Stephanie's room

The apartment is in a great part of Lower Nob Hill, a close walk to Polk St and downtown! The building is a renovated historic hotel, very well maintained (staff cleans common areas frequently, and the management company responds to requests very fast) and the building community is very friendly – we know all of our neighbors, mostly families and roommates in their 20s. The apartment itself is massive, in a corner unit with lots of sunlight, a great kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer in-unit. The room available is very spacious - easily fits a king bed (plus desk and dresser) and has a large closet.

I’m looking for someone to take my portion of the lease! My current roommate is a 30-year-old female that works in finance. She has a small frenchie named Alfie who is very friendly (and adorable)! They are super easy to get along with - she loves to cook, hangout and watch TV, and visit the bars and restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend living with her but some life changes are the reason for my move!
