Room available close to the university! Large space connected to the garage and laundry room. Nice east facing backyard, great for plants. Living room and dining room already furnished but I’m open to new stuff or replacements in there. No pets unfortunately :(

I’m a graduate student at the university. Fairly quiet. Not much or a drinker so if you’re alcohol free that’s fine. I do smoke though, not cigarettes. I don’t mind sticking to the backyard or my room though. I don’t have many visitors. I spend most of my time studying (most of my studying is on campus) cooking or gaming.
