Renting out the basement as a unit within a single-family home in a quiet residential neighborhood in Baltimore, MD. Utilities are included (water, electric, gas, internet). The property features a washer/dryer unit, your own bathroom (located on the 1st floor), and a shared kitchen and living space. There is also on-street parking available (you’ll have a designated spot in front of the house) and a large backyard. You are welcome to use anything currently in the basement (couches, tv, etc.), or if you would prefer a clean slate that can be arranged as well.

I am a 24-year-old professional who works from home. I have two adorable cats and mostly keep to myself although I am open to getting to know new people! I like to be clean and courteous of others’ space, all I ask is you do the same. I also love to cook, especially with other people, so if that’s something you’re interested in we might be a good fit!
