Looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease on a month to month arrangement.
Kitchen is fully functional with updated appliances. One parking garage spot (split between tenants) and ample street parking. Washer dryer located in garage.
Furnishing is highly preferred to be sold to new tenant for heavily discounted price (dresser, desk, desk chair, lamps, mattress, bed frame, drawer chest and bedside table).
Rent is $760 for the room + deposit (refundable). Utilities (gas, electric, internet) are split amongst tenants. Available: March 15th.
