I have 1-2 rooms opening up March 1st, 2023 in my well equipped, mostly furnished(common areas)4 bedroom house in Wallingford. Small Space available for some storage in the garage. ONE OCCUPANT ONLY.

Current tenant is myself, female in the mortgage industry and highly involved in the Seattle Music Scene. Other tenants TBD.

5 month lease to start with option to renew. March 1st-July 31st 1st/last/deposit to move in(non-negotiable). Must be able to provide rental and personal references. Credit check and background check.

With the first 2 options, there will be 3 total people here so house bills will be split 3 ways.

Option 1: Unfurnished Room on main floor(only bedroom on this floor next to my home office) $900 a month. One tenant only.

Option 2: Unfurnished Larger room downstairs with 1/2 bath is $950. The only room downstairs. One tenant only.

Option 3: The Last option is to find just one person to share the entire house with. Rent would be $1620 and would include BOTH rooms listed above in the house. One tenant only. Utilities split 50/50

Great house with a sweet little back yard, fire pit and BBQ. Awesome neighborhood, street parking and close to the freeway. Updated full washer/dryer on the premises. One occupant only. Small cat or dog ok with additional pet deposit.
