This is a brand new 4-bedroom 2 bath home in Becker Fields. Quiet neighborhood with park. 4 min from either 290 or 99. Only about 6 minutes from Cypress shopping center with Houston Premium Outlets, restaurants, etc. 10 minutes to Memorial Hermann Cypress, 20 min to Memorial Hermann Katy. 20 minutes to Houston Methodist Willowbrook, and 35 minutes from Downtown Houston. This is a private room with a shared bathroom. I have one room available unfurnished. I can furnish room for an additional $50/month.

There are currently three working professionals living in the home. Cabinet space, refrigerator, and common area are shared. Roommates get a long very well and would like to bring in a 4th that meshes well.
