The unit is a fully furnished 2BR/2BA in the beautiful Las Olas by the River Condos. The building is located right off the Riverwalk and is a short walk to downtown Las Olas. The condo has an outdoor pool, hot tub, full gym and fitness studio and 24/7 gated security. The open room for rent has a full-sized bed, dresser, walk-in closet, TV and private bathroom. The living room is fully furnished (including a desk - perfect for anyone working remote!), there is an in-unit washer/dryer and a spacious furnished balcony overlooking a park. Utilities, a parking spot and internet are included in the rent price.

The owner of the condo unit is Shannon - A 28-year-old who is relocating out of state. Her brother - A 30-year-old lives full-time in Miami and works every once in a while in Fort Lauderdale. He would spend some nights and weekends in the other room in the condo, but would primarily live in Miami (the other room has its own private bathroom as well). He would always send a text to inform the renter when he would be coming to the unit. So, the renter would have the full unit to themselves roughly 3/4+ of each month!
