Room available in a 3 bedroom, 2 ½ shared bath, townhome in (Houston/Clear Lake-Nasa Area). Bills included. The house is located in the University Green neighborhood, with nearby shopping, Baybrook mall, and lots of restaurant choices at the Bay Area Blvd. Townhome next to UHCL and NASA. Easy access to I-45, Clear Lake, League City area, and San Jacinto College. Bicycle and walking trails nearby.

All Bedrooms are upstairs (3). Very quiet neighborhood and a quiet home space environment. Looking for someone to move in on ASAP!! Read below.

Room: ($650 per month): Private bedroom, completely furnished with a shared bathroom. A queen-size bed, dresser, and office desk are all included in the bedroom. Utilities, washer, and dryer for use, and the Internet also included. Room available for single occupancy only/no couples. No drugs, no pot, no smoking or vaping in the house. Occasional guests are ok. We’re friendly and outgoing, but also quiet, and are looking for a roommate that will respect the home - but we want our roommate to feel at home too.

House has a small multipoo dog, not shed. PLEASE NO OTHER PETS ACCEPTED OR CHILDREN.

• Party souls. House is QUIET and really quiet after 9 pm. I wake up at nearly 6:30 am almost every day, so this environment is not conducive to someone who enjoys loud noise at night.

• People who when finished in the kitchen, clean it.
