Brittany's room

The room is a spare bedroom in a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. The second full bathroom would be shared with my daughter who is 7. She usually uses my bathroom, but will occasionally use that one as well. So mostly, it would be your bathroom. I am looking for someone who is looking for accommodation through summer at least. Only females as it is an all female household. We are relatively quiet so, also looking for someone who is relatively quiet. It’s a great location for a young professional or graduate student. I would not be okay with anyone bringing men into the house. This is mostly for safety for my daughter. We have a laundry room and the downstairs area has the kitchen, living room, and my daughters play area.
