Looking to share my well-maintained ranch style home with a roommate. I have a cozy furnished private room available with a shared bathroom, fully furnished kitchen, living room, and dining room. Currently the room has a queen sized bed with a new mattress. I also have a twin that can be swapped out if you prefer more room. The room has a closet (56 1/2“ wide by 86“ high), armoire, and 3 windows along with a mirrored dresser and nightstand. If you have your own furniture and prefer to use that, no problem. The room also has a 32“ smart TV wall mounted w/cable box and you can mount a bigger tv if you have one. Wi-fi, cable, and utilities are all included. I have brand new bedding, sheets, pillows, and towels for your use. There is a fairly new washer and dryer in the basement. There’s a half finished basement that is in the middle of being cleaned, emptied and is being renovated a little at a time as I am able to for use as a second living space with a fireplace in the works. There is street parking and driveway parking available. The driveway parking would have to be arranged as there is only one lane to get my car into my garage. There is a spacious tranquil backyard equipped with a patio with tables and chairs for those nice summer nights with a cozy fire pit. My house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Northern Lincoln. I have great neighbors. I am close to 146, 95, 295, borders North Smithfield, Woonsocket, and Cumberland. Please note that I have a friendly dog (who is on the small/medium size) and cats, so you must like dogs and cats and their shenanigans. I am not opposed to other pets as long as they can all get along. Can be for short term or long term.

Owner occupied. I consider myself easy to live with. I’m easy going and a go with the flow kind of person. I work full-time in Healthcare. I do have a boyfriend that spends some nights and does work around the house for me, but he is quiet and respectful. He does not live here. I am easy going and do the best I can to keep my house clean and expect the same. I do not mind the occasional overnight guest as long as they’re respectful.
