I am renting out a bedroom in a 2bd apartment. There is a shared bathroom with laundry on apartment floor. This is a luxury apartment with stainless steel appliances. You will be signing a 6 month long lease starting April 1st, 2023 through October 1, 2023 up for renewal once it ends. To move in: First month + Last month.

I am a software engineer who works remotely for tech company in Mass. I am looking to share this space with someone who is a working professional or is a student. I am laid back and respectful of privacy. I do not mind company and noise as long as it is moderate and considerate. I value communication and honesty. Everything is split equally including utilities and common room items (ex. paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags etc.). I am easy to talk to and work to find solutions to any issues that may occur and expect you to be able to do the same. I like to stay open minded and have no problem creating space for each other when needed.
