Nearby is the huge Sycamore Woods State Park (Horse riding and Hiking trails, bike paths. cabins, camping, fishing) and also very near are Walmart, Kroger, Meijerβs, Lowes and Home Depot. 20 min to Dayton Airport. 10 mins to Downtown Dayton. Access to State Route 49 & 35 are 3 minutes away and downtown is just 15 mins away. I-70 is 8 mins and I75 is 10 mins away.
