I’m a 29F in the Oil & Gas industry looking for a roommate to share my 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Midtown loft apartment. My current roommate moves out at the end of September, and the lease extends through May 2019 (and I am very likely to renew it!).

The apartment includes furnished common spaces, W/D in unit, balcony with downtown view, assigned parking spot, and lots of storage space. There is also a rooftop pool/jacuzzi/grill area and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Your room is 12 ft by 15 ft with its own bathroom on the first floor. Rent is $1200/mo, excluding utilities (which end up at around $80 per month per person for electricity, wifi, and water).

I work a consistent 7AM - 4PM schedule, and in my free time I love to cook and do aerial silks. I’m pretty relaxed through the work week, and I do like to go out on the weekends.
