There is a utility room nearby to the available room downstairs that includes a refrigerator, washer/dryer (stacked), and a sanitary tub. Brand new furnace system that was put in place December of 2021. Very spacious common area downstairs fully furnished with a wall mounted television and quick easy access to the kitchenette downstairs. There is also a sliding back door to the concrete patio from the kitchenette with a view of the backyard. As a live in landlord, I typically clean the bathrooms/common area spaces biweekly or monthly depending on what is necessary. Oh, and there is a pool as well that should be ready for use by summer time. Any other things that I may have missed will be discussed over a visit and subsequent discussion about a contract.

There is currently 1 other tenant that is occupying the next door room to the room available. He is quiet and mostly keeps to himself and works night shift.
