About the room
Hi, I’m looking for a girl to take over my lease (one room only) in a townhouse with a yard, super close to UNCW. The room has a shared bathroom with one other girl. Rent is $725 and includes all except for electricity. We have assigned parking as well and a pool. The house is super lose to UNCW.
My other roommates have two dogs super friendly, not sure how open they are to another dog but I could ask.

My roomies are friendly people. Both pursue a Master in Social Work. One works at a clinic, the other one works at UNCW. They enjoy watching series and drinking wine. They are responsible with their dogs, the dogs are cute and love petsies.
