I live in a condo in a peaceful neighborhood, close to shopping centers yet with the country feel. I am a middle-aged female, looking for someone to share costs as I am disabled leaving me financially strapped. I have two bedrooms and one and a half baths and the bedrooms are huge. I am a clean person looking for a clean person. Utilities are included, but you are responsible for your own food and supplies such as toilet paper and laundry detergent, eg. There is a washer and dryer on site as well as private parking. You must clear a background check for the office. That is $55 at your cost. I do have a small cat and dog.

You will need to pay a months rent upfront, and I require a three month notice upon moving. I’m a laid-back person with no drama in my life and looking for the same type of person. I do have a boyfriend that will visit weekends or vise versa.

There are no other roommates and it would just be you and I sharing. It is a very quiet community.
