Furnished room above garage includes utilities and internet for 1 person only. Private downstairs bathroom. Private refrigerator in garage. Shared W/D and kitchen use. Queen bed, dresser, armoir, work desk, futon, 55“ tv, shelving, closet, separate HVAC mini split unit in room for personal control. Nice neighborhood. Close to bases. Short lease to start but may be renewed upon mutual agreement.
About the roomies
Single Female (50s) plus my small dog ( wire hair Fox terrier) and elderly cat. Will share kitchen, if needed, but I cook a lot. I work for the City of Virginia Beach full time and run a couple of side businesses. I try to keep common areas tidy and want the same in tenant. I take care of mowing and yardwork. Host guest for ladies Bunco sometimes, otherwise, pretty loose keyed around the house.
