About the room
Rent is $2415 a month which is split between the two bedrooms. If you want to apply with a co-signer, their income MUST reach $12,000/month and MUST have excellent credit in the 700-800 range. We did find a way around the qualifications by realizing we can list a co-signer as a roommate, but they wouldn’t live in the unit and would hold the same level of financial responsibility. Background checks are required by the apartment complex. The gross household income must reach $6100/month between all tenants before taxes, if interested please send me numbers (your two most recent pay stubs will be asked for by the leasing office during your application process, the application also takes a one time $50 fee)so we can see quickly whether we qualify together as a household or not. There is a credit check but the credit score matters less than whether or not you have any debt or fraud on your credit record. This lease would be grandfathered down from 2020, there are two rooms and two bathrooms so rent is 50/50 between the people in each room. There is only street parking available but the apartment complex is pet friendly, has two pools and a jacuzzi. The apartment itself has a balcony which looks directly down towards the pool and faces the sunset every evening. Move in date is April 1, if we don’t have a tenant approved and ready to move in on the first we are ending the lease. The current tenants are myself and my fiancé, we are 420 friendly and would prefer our new roommates to be as well as I am a medical marijuana smoker.
