Outstanding location. One story home near everything - 1/2 block walking distance to Whole Foods, Mexican restaurant, coffee shop, Subway, and more. Walking distance to State Park with hiking, biking, lakes, kayaking etc. Also only a couple blocks from a high-school with a full track if you are into running. Your own private bath is newly remodeled, and the home has new paint and carpeting throughout. Exercise equipment is set up in the garage for your use, as well as a flat spacious backyard.

I am the owner/occupant of the other bedroom - 33 year old male, professional, working M-F 8-5pm. I am very flexible with others’ schedules. I have hosted traveling nurses before but also had long term roommates. Very low-key quiet lifestyle here. Apart from trying to exercise in my garage gym after work, I play tennis at least once a week, ride my bike around leisurely on the weekends, or try to get out to frisbee golf once in a while. Other than that I will be watching something or playing video games. The room is furnished but doesn’t have to be if you have your own things.
