About the room
Hello! My husband and I are looking to rent out a private room with large ADA compliant private attached bathroom for a single individual (female preferred) in a gated community. We are a quiet and clean couple and looking for a tenant with similar traits.
The room is located on the first floor, and you will have the whole first floor to yourself. Unfortunately there will not be access to the 2nd and 3rd floors as we are looking for a tenant who will not be using the kitchen or other common areas. Instead, we will be providing your own mini-fridge with freezer and microwave for your room. The room also comes furnished with a Queen size bed & mattress, nightstand, desk and chair. This room is ideal for a traveling professional, working commuter, or student who doesn’t need to cook very much, and enjoys their privacy.
This is a new construction 3-story townhome very close to the 78 and the 15 with tons of shopping/restaurants a couple minutes drive away. It is a short 5 min drive to CSU San Marcos, and 9 minute drive to Palomar college. There is plenty of street parking right outside of the community. A reserved spot in the attached garage is available for an additional $100/month.
The rent is $1100/month and includes all utilities (electric, water, gas, trash, Fiber high speed internet). Lease time frame is negotiable, but longer leases preferred. A refundable deposit of $1100 is also due when you move in. No parties, no pets, no overnight guests, no smoking, no drugs.
Income will be verified and must have good credit and rental insurance. There will also be a background and credit check which will cost ~$45.
