Move-in date March 1st-15th
I’m looking for a roommate in a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath apartment in the heart of NoHo. Everything you need is walking distance.
You would have a bedroom with a private bathroom, huge closet, and tons of natural light.
Note: current picture of the room is currently an office set up but will be empty before March 1st
No deposit required, you’ll just need to pay a $56 application fee to qualify.

About the roomies
You’d be sharing the apartment with me. Im laid back and like to keep the home clean and tidy. Love to workout, go 6x/week. Love animals! More of a homebody but occasionally will have a drink and go out. I work from home and also run a business. I’m an early riser, up around 5AM-5:30AM but quiet and respectful. On my off days, I like to go on hikes, go to the bookstore or hit the beach.
