Seeking two roommates to rent the entire three bedroom house, starting around March 5th. Two rooms are available for $1100, and a third room is available for $850. I live in the fourth detached ADU bedroom in the backyard and will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom.

About the House:

• 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house in the Montavilla neighborhood, short walk away from Mt. Tabor and near local coffee shops, bars, restaurants.
• Washer and dryer, Garage and basement for storage/project space, large covered patio, and a backyard with a picnic table and fire pit.
• Great landlords who communicate well and are quick to fix any issues.
• Basic yard upkeep is required (such as mowing, raking leaves, etc.)
• Smoking is fine as long as it’s outside.
• *Please note that the house is furnished differently than in the photos, and the backyard sauna is no longer here.

About the Rooms:

• Two mid-sized rooms, unfurnished.
• Utilities are split evenly three ways.
• Lease will be until September 1st, then a 12 month lease beginning September 1st. No subletting or subleasing allowed.
• Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis.

About me:

• I’m Sam (27M) - fairly introverted, quiet, and for the most part I don’t really drink, smoke, or party. Interests of mine include pottery, art, philosophy, outdoor activities, and anything health-related.
• My room is an ADU in the backyard, which is where I usually hang out, other than coming inside to use the kitchen/bathroom/laundry.
• I have a restaurant job, and typically work four days/week, usually 4:30-10ish, sometimes 11:00-9ish.
