Hey all!

After a great few years with my other two roommates, they are moving on to other things. I’m looking to fill up the spot.

Amenities: the bathroom has a fantastic Jacuzzi tub. The washer and dryer are new. The microwave is new. The oven is new. The fridge is new, and the dishwasher is on backorder, but should be new by the time you get here!

Your room has access to a beautiful roof deck with a great view, tables, and chairs for wine/cheese parties. Pictures included.

Location: Walking distance from both Patterson Park and the waterfront. Canton Square, with bars and restaurants, is a two minute walk outside. It’s a very safe area and close to the highway.

I’m looking for someone relaxed, respectful and clean. I own the house, so I’d be the landlord; I’m a musician and I make violin bows for a living.

I would be your only roomate! I am pretty quiet and clean and respectful. I like music and watch more Netflix then I should probably admit, but most of the time I probably won’t be around the house. I am a violin bow maker, and i work a lot, as well as spend time with my girlfriend, so you would usually have most of the house to yourself
