Hey everyone! I have a bedroom opening up in my apartment April 1st. It has parking available, in-unit laundry, quiet area, and super close to Sheetz! Apartment is next to the Marryshaw Manor and inside a gated area. Water included in rent, and landlord does all handiwork for free. Apartment is furnished, just missing a couch. Upon move in, you would to need give the landlord (Joe Marryshaw) a total of $1,875 (security deposit ($625) first months rent ($625), and last months rent ($625). He also only accepts cash, but will always give an official receipt.

I will be living here alone starting April 1st, but currently live with one roommate. I also live here with my Cat, Ruby. She is super loving and friendly. I am a huge gamer/nerd, and I’ll be working 2 jobs now near the apartment.
