Lease is for 1 year (April ’23 - April ’24) Looking for 2-3 roommates! Couples are welcome.

Located on the outskirts of downtown Chapel Hill (about 10 minutes away from campus). Rural-ish, with both a spacious front yard and backyard. 3 bed and 2 bathroom with forced air. Washer and dryer hookups and dishwasher. Kitchen was just renovated. You would be sharing a bathroom with other roommate(s). Spacious living room as well! Plenty of parking space (no garages unfortunately). 2 spacious sheds in the back for storage. Quiet area just a few minutes away from Walmart and 10 minutes away from Downtown Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Pittsboro.

Utilise (water, sewer, electric, gas, and WiFi) are all included and split up in the rent. Gas is technically optional but we would like to use the fireplace during the winter time!

There are currently two cats living here. We’re okay with people who have other cats, but they MUST be YOUNGER than 1 year old due to the fact that one of the cats don’t get along with older cats. SMALL dogs are okay, and must be well-behaved and potty trained please!

We’re a couple (both 21) who both work at UPS and one also attends college at Wake Tech. We’re laid back and 420-friendly. We are also very clean. Some of our hobbies include basketball, hiking, reading, and working on cars/riding motorcycles.
