Well appointed house with big yard, off street parking, private bedroom and private bathroom, internet, washer/dryer and utilities. Large furnished (or unfurnished) bedroom with queen sized bed, dresser, night stand, TV/accessories table and closet. *There is a second bedroom with closet that is empty that can be rented for an additional $350/month, right next to the furnished one. Bedrooms and bathroom are on the opposite side of the house from the master, so the floorplan is good for shared housing. Shared kitchen, dining and den. Spacious and nicely decorated. Off street parking.

I live here with my very sweet dog. I work from home M-F and I have infrequent visitors. I am looking for an individual who works full time and does not work more than 2 days a week from home, is clean, drama-free and would like to rent for 3 to 24 months.
