I have a nice room and bathroom attached and you can use the 3rd room as storage/den. If that is not sweet enough; I’ll be gone for a few days a month travelling. So, you will have the entire house to yourself at those times. It is a 1400 sq ft house. It has a fenced in backyard and a front porch. It is a 3 bdrm, 2 bath single home, small home - mostly retired neighborhood. It has a gourmet kitchen and a fireplace and a single car garage. The garage is small; not available for tenant use. It is 10 minutes East of downtown Spartanburg; near Ezelle road. No contract with owners. But we will sign an agreed upon contract. No pets. I have a super sweet cat. Furnished with a tv. This includes netflix/all utilities/use of washing machine, internet/cable paid for. I am ok with couples. Gay welcome. Children welcome.

ALL about me as I am approaching this whole roomate thing a different way. I am on my own journey and this is a unique roommate situation. I am someone who is on a deep spiritual journey and am looking for a roomate who is also. Someone who is open minded. Possibly into multiverse theories, Extra Terrestrials, time travel, teleportation etc. and is definitely not a religious church goer type. Also must really take a shine to Crystal my (cat). She is a big love and I am a widow and a writer who lives in this home alone. I have two day jobs. I am a chauffer/driver with Greenville Town Car Service and a landlord.
