I am leasing a duplex townhome and the current roommate is moving out in July. Looking for a roommate to replace him. It is 3 levels, basement, main floor and upstairs. Kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. 3.5 bathrooms. I am looking to split the rent between 2 or 3 roommates. Yard and deck with parking in driveway for 2 cars, street for more. There is a no smoking/pet policy by the owners of the house. If you choose to split the rent for 1,200 I will give you the upstairs, own bathroom, 2 rooms, and the shared bathroom. If we split 3 ways it’ll be 800 and can discuss the room arrangements.

I am a 34 year old high school teacher in the county. Keep to myself and will leave you to yourself. I keep the shared spaces clean. May have other teachers over from time to time.
