My house at in Lawrenceville, Georgia is a two-story, four-bedroom home located in a neighborhood close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The spacious kitchen overlooks a cozy living room with a fireplace, Upstairs, four bedrooms and a shared bathroom give everyone a little space of their own. Friendly neighbors, and larger-than-life backyard, my house at is the perfect place to call home.

All the cars in the driveway are all mine. It’s not a whole bunch of tenants if you would like garage space it will be a little bit extra and I can move the cars to a different location so that we can have easy access to the garage.

I consider myself pretty laid-back and don’t demand much from those around me. That said, please avoid disorder or unsanitary conditions, as I’m not a fan of bugs or similar creatures. My work keeps me out of the house most of the day due to my single status. I have a relaxed, small dog – his activities primarily revolve around eating and taking care of business! Utilities like water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are included in the rent, but please refrain from excessive usage. If you have questions just ask !
