The townhouse and your future room is located in south Napa (near Yacht Club), a few minutes away from downtown Napa and the Napa River/Vine Trail. The entire house is fully furnished. Kitchen includes large fridge, gas stove/oven, microwave, and all the things you need to create your own culinary masterpieces. Great Room includes couch with large TV. Your Second Floor Private Bedroom (unfurnished) is approximately 10x11 with a bump out near window to provide extra space, includes large closet, vinyl plank flooring, and semi-private bathroom, additional storage located just outside the bedroom and in garage. Full access to the rest of the 1360+ sq ft house (other than other bedrooms). All utilities, including Cable, Internet, Water, Gas, Electric Included. Indoor washer/dryer. Cable available in room for $10/month.

Note: Room is for one person (occasional guests okay). No pets.

Room is currently vacant, available for immediate move in.

One works for a resort, the other (and the homeowner) works from home in marketing.
