I have an unfurnished room for rent (113 1/2 x 165) in a 2b/1b apartment close to the beach available now. Parking on street, laundry available on site and there are also two laundry services close by.

I’m looking for a responsible, clean woman who can enjoy the beach, restaurants, music and people in OB without bringing the party inside. I like to relax and enjoy the serenity of the house.
